Life is meant to ebb and flow like the tide – the ebb is the outgoing phase when the tide drains away from the shore, and the flow is the incoming phase when the water rises again.

If everything in your life ebbs and drains you and very little flows and replenishes you, then everything will feel out of balance and incredibly hard.

No matter how busy you are or how many demands on your time you have, it is not asking too much to want a life that feels good and nourishes you.

You deserve to be able to give to others from a place of love and fulfilment rather than anxiety, stress and fear.

About Coaching

Life coaching is a process of helping you to get from where you are to where you want to be. Often people know they don’t want to be where they currently are, but are uncertain about the changes they want to make, and this is something we can figure out together in our sessions.

You can’t read the label from inside the jar – often we’re too close and emotionally attached to our problems, which means it’s very hard to be objective. I won’t necessarily see things in the same way you do, and that’s good! Opening yourself to new perspectives can feel vulnerable, and seeing things from a different viewpoint can be tremendously valuable and transformational.

Having someone who will listen, reflect, ask questions, be candid and kind in challeging you and allow you the time and space to respond is perhaps the most important gift you can give yourself.


I offer coaching sessions online via Zoom. 60 minute coaching session – £70

Payment is made in advance of the session by bank transfer.

Please note that whilst I offer sessions on a flexible basis, sustainable change takes time and I usually work with people on a fortnightly basis over a period of 3 months or more.
